Thad's practice focuses on both commercial and personal injury litigation. Thad has litigated cases across Texas and has experience handling a wide range of cases involving commercial collection, home construction disputes, and complex business disputes, as well as catastrophic personal injuries.

Representative Commercial Debt and Judgment Collection Experience

• Representation of commercial truck leasing corporation in multiple breach of lease matters. Representation included obtaining favorable judgments for client and engaging in post-judgment discovery and collection.
  
• Representation of industrial manufacturing client in commercial debt matters involving non-payment for goods. Representation has included obtaining judgment on the commercial debt matters and enforcement of judgments outside of Texas.
  
• Represented national live-event entertainment conglomerate in collection matter against subcontractor.
  
• Representation of executive recruiting firm in commercial debt matter involving non-payment of services by national restaurant chain. Representation included obtaining favorable settlement for client.
